Returns & Exchanges
- Due to the handmade nature of our items, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order (e.g. damaged or incorrect item), please contact us within 7 business days of delivery and we'll make it right.
- Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
